If your looking for a mortgage broker, do yourself a favor and use *****************!!I had been trying to refinance my home for months and I finally gave up. ********************* call was an answered prayer. Not only was this the easiest refinance process (this wasn't my first time), he helped me figure out how much equity I needed, and he helped me become debt free. All my questions were answered in minutes If I left a message or a text. ***** explained the process and followed it to completion. He told me "I GOT YOU" from the start to the finish of my loan. I had actually changed my mind about refi'ing, I had decided not to do it. ******* understood why I had changed my mind and then began to explain to me that it still would be a good idea. From then on we walked my refi through together in less then two weeks. I have bought and sold a few houses in my years and I have to say ******* made this the most transparent and quick closings I've ever been involved in. I can't thank Lend a Loan enough! I was leary at first, having someone solicit me over the phone to refinance my home. I am very happy that I did go with him. He told me he could get my loan closed in one or two weeks. It honestly did not take that long! How about August 26th start and a September 2nd close. He was unbelievable. The broker I am speaking of is Chris Khemmoro at Lend-A-Loan.
