This place is the very definition of a predatory broker. First problem: ******** did not properly complete our closing paperwork and only advised us of this 3 DAYS BEFORE expected closing. We had already closed on our existing house, essentially leaving my family homeless.Second problem: ********* ****** and ***** had ZERO interest in correcting the massive financial burden they place on my family by their incompetence. They are calling me 10 times a day after somehow gaining access to information that I was refinancing with another company. Harassing business practices: they were told every time to stop calling I'm not interested. This has currently been going on for a week, they keep calling from a different number so can't block it manually. Wouldn't do business with such a business even if there was no other option. STOP CALLING! Also my number is on the national do not call list as well, not that they seem to care.
***********************, Was an Absolute Pleasure to Work with! She was on Top of Everything. I Will Recommend her to Everyone I know. From Beginning, to end. The Refinance pricess was Very Quick! I Believe I closed in 5 days of Getting my paperwork in to her.
I have to say that I had an amazing experience working with ******* at ***********! In fact, I was able to close in 3 weeks! What is typically a very stressful process, it was seamless and without issue. ******* was fantastic to work with! She continuously checked in with me and I never felt like just a number!

***************** was wonderful. Helped me thru the process and also got more than expected. If anyone is planing on refinancing he is the one to go to. I would recommend him to anyone.
I can't say enough about hoe great ********************* was with our loan process. We felt confident with the process we went through with him. Would we do it again, absolutely if we had ***** on our side.
