I found a stray cat on Friday and no one would take her and I could not keep her. LHS responded immediately and made a cage for her and let me bring her in when they were closed. Very thankful for how helpful they were. �

LHS is a special shelter...the employees and volunteers give from their heart and souls ....
We have had nothing but a fabulous experience with the shelter. My husband and I have helped out as volunteers so it was a no brainer to head there for an adoption. Cooper has been an amazing addition to our family since January 2014. They were super helpful getting our application set and prepped for adopting a new puppy.
LHS rehomes pets to furever homes, daily. I love that they are a no kill shelter. The animals are their main priority. Please adopt , don't shop. And donate items, money, and/or to LHS.♡
