Been coming here for years due to how well they listen and their affordable prices, but recently ive felt like lena has left my hair super choppy and uneven?? The layers look crazy and my face framing hair pieces were trimmed so terribly!!! Cant keep coming here anymore

Actually disturbing customer service. I went there to get my hair trimmed and these people left my hair completely broken. Don't go there if you're a man. Unless you want your hair all the way cut down. In that case, just see a barber. Actually, disgusting that you would do something like that to someone. I was not going to say anything because I used to go to this place when I was a teenager. But this is actually disgusting behavior.

I had such a great experience at Lena’s salon. The space is clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Lena really listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the cut/color I was hoping for—better than I imagined, honestly. They took their time, explained what they were doing, and made sure I was comfortable the entire appointment. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and absolutely loving my hair. Highly recommend for anyone looking for skilled stylists and a great atmosphere!
