NOT a FRIENDLY PLACE! Walked in and the young man that took his time to get to the front; was so rude. It took five times of point blank asking how much it would cost to have my son's karate uniform legs/arms hemmed & four patches sewn on by the next day (cost: half the total cost). I also stated that I DID NOT want the excess material removed (even had it noted on the work order). Material WAS removed! NOT WORTH THE COST DUE TO POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in my opinion!
Lena's Tailoring is the absolute best! They do such great work. They have worked on two bridesmaid dresses for me and have done outstanding work every time! Her prices are great and she is able to get your items back within a quick time frame as well! I highly recommend Lena's Tailoring; it is my go-to for all my alterations! :)
