I know it is Valentine's Day, I know Florists are busy, I know the delivery drivers have their hands full, but it is nearly 8pm and still no delivery. I actually live 18 minutes from the florist. 8.5 miles away in the same town of Gilbert. You would think 10 hours would be sufficient to make a delivery 18 minutes or 8.5 miles away! Lost a dear friend of 32 years from brain cancer and ordered flowers from Lena for a funeral service. They never delivered! They called me the day of the service and had excuses which were not acceptable, ie can't find. I had the funeral director and lena on the phone at the same time and they said they did not have time and had to go do a delivery to a wedding. I had the opportunity to vist Lenas Flowers this past weekend (Sept 2009). I was interesting in making my own floral arrangement, but was having trouble finding the supplies I needed at a local "big box" craft store. I was actually recommended to Lena's by another florist (that says something right there).
