My neck was shredded by her trimmers and she didn’t even cut my hair the way I wanted it cut. If I could post pictures I would so everyone can see
I’m new to the area and decided to try this place based on the reviews. Unfortunately, our first experience wasn’t great. The stylist who cut my 7-year-old son’s hair, she seemed impatient and spoke to him in a harsh tone when he moved his head. The haircut felt rushed, and the customer service was lacking. It didn’t feel very kid-friendly or welcoming to newcomers. We ended up fixing his haircut at home.
Lena is a blessing to the community and provides great hair cuts at affordable pricing!
