Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. First off, the stylist butchered my hair. I came in with a simple request and left looking like someone took dull kitchen scissors to my head. No professionalism, no care, no skill. On top of that, she was unbelievably rude, rolling her eyes, talking down to me, and gossiping nastily about other local businesses the entire time (which says a lot about how she probably talks about her own clients once they leave).

My neck was shredded by her trimmers and she didn’t even cut my hair the way I wanted it cut. If I could post pictures I would so everyone can see

I’m new to the area and decided to try this place based on the reviews. Unfortunately, our first experience wasn’t great. The stylist who cut my 7-year-old son’s hair, she seemed impatient and spoke to him in a harsh tone when he moved his head. The haircut felt rushed, and the customer service was lacking. It didn’t feel very kid-friendly or welcoming to newcomers. We ended up fixing his haircut at home.
