bought chicken schnitzel, cooked it that day and it was so tough was not eatable. i rang the store straight away, was told there was no boss there just juniors. i was also told by the junior that I must have over cooked it. details taken and told the boss will ring me back the next day. 4 days later and nothing.

DONT SHOP HERE!!!!The customer service has a lot to be answered for, I was served dog food mince as chicken mince and was told we don’t do chicken mince for people, your a people food shop sell people food, spent so much time and effort of dinner for it to be no good, was told manager would call me still hasn’t DONT SHOP HERE!!!!
