Grabbed some chicken breast schnitzels from here today as I was in a hurry and a long way from my lovely butcher at Urangan where I usually buy them. Big mistake! These things where absolute rubbish. Dry, leathery, and definitely very tasty. Only problem was the very strong taste resembled no food item that I had ever eaten. I haven't tried boot polish, but if it tastes like it smells...
Yum... some great dinner ideas. The chicken filo parcels are delicious

Had an overpriced chicken and salad roll... Not particularly nice.....maybe better next time....
