I received care at Lenape Wellness. The staff were courteous and responsive to any needs I had. Group and individual therapy was helpful and a high quality of care. The staff also ensured appropriate after care. Lenape cares about its clients.
This place is really bad. For starters, I had a medication doctor say straight to my face she thought I identified on the LGBTQ spectrum because of adverse effects from my PTSD. Then I had an incident with another patient that was really sketchy where he took me to a secluded place on purpose and then tried to make a really creepy move on me even though he knew I was a lesbian and chased me when I ran. Just visited my cousin at this facility! It was truly wonderful! The staff was so kind and attentive, the place was clean, and they were happy to answer any and all questions we had! definitely would recommend
My family and I did a lot of research on where I should go durning my mental health crisis and we found Lenape. I'm so thankful that we did. They have a 2 week and 30 day program, I did the 30 days. It was very hard but I made it through with the help of group, individual therapy and family therapy. I had an amazing stay here I would highly recommend this place to anyone in crisis for mental health
I saw some of the negative reviews and was worried about how this was going to play out. First I don’t want to say those people are lying, but I will say I didn’t see any of it. The entire staff, from the chef and housekeeping all the way to the the director, they were amazing. I will caution you though, you only get out of it what you put in to it.
