Builds below standards, horrible customer service. Had house built by Lenape, have since had multiple problems including shingles and siding coming off, 2 window panes releasing gas and fogging up, and driveway deteriorating and falling apart (driveway was poured .5" in areas when standard is 2"). That is not including out of square doorways, poor insulated exterior walls, out of level concrete in basement, duct work leaking by in areas 10"x16" that were never capped.
