I would like to say that Lena is excellent when it comes to locs, but if you have loose natural hair, DO NOT go to her. She offers loose natural styles on her website and categorizes herself as a natural hairstylist, but she is not equipped to handle loose hair, only locs. I have thick, waistlength, 4c hair and stupidly went in without pre-detangling first because her website does not state to do so.
