As I am leaving the parking lot, I am so disappointed in the service I received by the employees but one more so in particular. The lady who did my refill of the classic lash extension was not the normal lady who does mine. After she finished, she then informed me to now come back sooner because of time she wasn’t able to make them as full as they normally should be.
