Took my youngest to see her for a same day appointment to check on his blocked tear duct and umbilical stump. Dr. Kretzmer was very friendly, and had a great bedside manner.
Dr. Kretzmer is fantastic. She is very thoughtful and caring. She patiently answers all our questions. My daughter loves seeing her.
