I have called and tried to make an appointment on two different occasions over the past few years and have never received a call back. The one time I did receive a call it was 7:30am and I missed it. I immediately called her back and left a vm and she didn’t call back. This woman is listed as one of my EAP options and I think it’s an absolute joke that she never responds.
Always been very happy with the marriage counselor services they provide. They are very friendly, helpful, and professional. I feel like they take the time to really get to know you and are able to give you what you need. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for marriage counseling!
