Lena was an outstanding agent for us. We are living overseas, which made it impossible for us to look at a large part of available inventory. Lena was able to narrow down the list significantly and send us information on houses relevant to us. We made a trip back to US once we had a shortlist to see. On our second trip, we finalized a deal. Lena took it forward from them and we came back just to take possession once the build was completed.
Lena is absolutely the best of the best. She really takes time to understand what you are looking for and makes the process much less confusing and stressful. It truly feels like you're working with a good friend! I can't recommend Lena enough, especially if you're a first time home buyer like myself. Lena guided me through the process expertly.
