Dr. Patel, who is my dentist and Annie who is my hygienist are awesome. Both have great patient care as they are not concerned about money but about making sure I am healthy. The front office staff is above expectations. Tori, Syd and Gina are so polite and welcoming. Cindy The operations manager is also wonderful to work with and is always leading her office in the right direction. Beena and Karley Were the assistance that supported Dr. Patel and Annie. They were also so kind and helpful.
I had to have an emergency molar extraction today. Dr. Gandhi and her team were wonderful. They are all highly capable and compassionate and took excellent care of me. I so am grateful for their help and wonderful service and for working out billing with my insurance company. Thank you so much! I couldn’t be more satisfied!
The shady auto mechanics of the Dental industry. After several years of going here, I just pivoted to a new provider. None of the work Pleasant Grove deemed as necessary, was even mentioned by the new provider. There’s no telling how many hundreds of dollars of up sale that I have agreed to here over the years.
Always satisfied. Been there around 15-20 years. Dr. Patel and staff are always attentive and friendly.
