the crown they gave me was bulky and oversized, I had to ask them several times to correct it while someone was trying to get me to sign a form that said that I agreed on the final shape of it, it was so bulky and rounded that I couldn't comfortably close my mouth properly I had to have them file it down three separate times.
For many years we went to another doctor, but once we came here and had an appointment with a new young specialist. Later he became our family doctor, and now our whole family with 5 children visits him and we have never regretted it. The dentist has handled even the most complex cases; he was truly born for this profession. We are also very pleased with the nurses, a skilled, professional, and friendly team. Dr. Patel, who is my dentist and Annie who is my hygienist are awesome. Both have great patient care as they are not concerned about money but about making sure I am healthy. The front office staff is above expectations. Tori, Syd and Gina are so polite and welcoming. Cindy The operations manager is also wonderful to work with and is always leading her office in the right direction. Beena and Karley Were the assistance that supported Dr. Patel and Annie. They were also so kind and helpful.
I had to have an emergency molar extraction today. Dr. Gandhi and her team were wonderful. They are all highly capable and compassionate and took excellent care of me. I so am grateful for their help and wonderful service and for working out billing with my insurance company. Thank you so much! I couldn’t be more satisfied!
