I was very impressed with the competence and the caring of Dr. Lena Poole, MD. She is a very dedicated health professional.
She started out really good, but something in her character changed. I didn't see it coming, I believe it was something going on in her personal life and she wasn't able to leave it at home, she brought it to work. I kept going to her office but I asked to see anyone BUT her. She was a totally different person. I felt that she was no longer available emotionally for my best care.
