Updating this initial review - Len and his team just did a full replacement of my entire HVAC system. The quality of work is second to none and they left my basement cleaner than it was when they started. Fair pricing, timely, quality work, no shady upsells. We recently used Len Thonus Plumbing, Heating & HVAC to replace our downstairs air conditioning handler and condenser. It was a pleasure dealing with them. The work was neatly done, fairly priced and done on time. From dealing with Audrey in the front office to Dennis and the crew who did the install it was pleasure to deal with them. We have been using Len Thonus for 20+ years for all our HVAC needs. They are top notch, honest and reliable.

Avoid this plumber, he charged $625 for approximately 10 minutes of work. I believe he purposely overcharged for labor ($325 / hour) because of the cold weather (10-15 farenheit)
