Everyone was nice (especially Regina), the waiting area was very clean and there was a quiet area to work while I wait.
I went for a 1000 mile service and a sensor check on the liftgate. The service department had my truck for 24+ hours only to tell me they found no issues with the liftgate. Upon picking up my truck with the service manager present - the liftgate did not close. He turned off the engine and stated the liftgate doesn’t work while the engine is running.
