I have been here 3 times now and 2 of those times have been great service. The first time I learned they had recently switched to being Hyundai after being Chevy for a while so I can now understand they were problem working out the kinks of being a Hyundai service center. But now that they have had some time to adjust I do believe the service has gotten way better and they are way faster. My car broke down on December 27 while driving on the highway and I got it towed here. My engine stalled and luckily it was covered under warranty so I got a new engine for free. It took about a month and 3 days for me to get my car back which wasn’t bad considering there were cars ahead of mine dealing with the same problem. My service advisor Vince was super helpful and communicated with me the whole time my car was being worked on. I took my car in 8:20 am. At 11:30 I was sent a text with a video about my car. I was told it needed extra work. I called and spoke to technician and told him to go ahead with the work. At 2:30 I tried calling to get update on my car. I got no answer. I waited until 3:30 and again I tried calling. After again no answer I had my husband take me to the shop. We waited 15 minutes for my car to be finished and brought to me. I was told the paperwork would be coming. After 40 minutes the paperwork came. The manager had to complet... read more

Called several times to make an appointment for service and never received a call back. Then finally did service and they forgot to turn off oil light and again called 4 times and left messages and again never received a call back. Went in to get someone to turn off oil light and again no one was very attentive to fix their own mistake!!!

I've had two service appointments with Len Stoler Hyundai this year alone where my car had to wait multiple days in order to be serviced. Not only was there a multi-day wait, but NO ONE told me they expected to keep the car for multiple days to diagnose the issue. What further frustrated me was on the second visit, I explained specifically that the cam shaft is the likely issue because they replaced it in the previous visit.
