The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. They did every thing to take care of me as a top customer.
Excellent service, they went above and beyond. Ms Alitzah Morris at the front desk was delightful and could not have been more helpful. The technician who worked on my car was also very friendly and helpful (unfortunately I forgot his name). Highly recommend.
The service here in Owings mills is horrible on every level, the black young girl at the service desk has no Communication skills, every question is a argument. She can't communicate at any level. The timing of getting your vehicle back is terrible...no one from the body shop communicate aswell. I will never give this place my service again.
Top notch repair shop. Great service from the moment I dropped the vehicle off. Bri and Jason were tremendous in helping with the whole process. they informed me of what would be done, timeline expectation and even coordinated the rental car. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and the work was completed perfectly. A+
My experience with Len Stoler Collision Center was excellent from start to finish. I took a 6 week old Lexus 2025 to repair damage that was caused by a blow out on the highway. I was greeted by Alitzah when I walked in, and I immediately knew I was in the right place. She was warm, inviting, reassuring, friendly, and respectful. Brooke then took us out to see the car.
