There was a miscommunication with the first person who helped me, which resulted in me having to wait almost 2 weeks for my car to be fixed. However, once Jason got involved, he immediately agreed to my VERY reasonable request and made the entire situation better. Ask for Jason,
Just wanted to acknowledge Len Stoler Collision Center as a top notch collision center. All the employees were very friendly, and the receptionist, Alitzah was extremely helpful answering my questions about the Insurance process. Brianna was my estimator and she kept me very informed on the progress of my vehicle. Jason the Director of the collision center offered me a loaner so I did not have to go elsewhere to get one. Excellent service, they went above and beyond. Ms Alitzah Morris at the front desk was delightful and could not have been more helpful. The technician who worked on my car was also very friendly and helpful (unfortunately I forgot his name). Highly recommend.
