He is a slimy jerk. He will try to charge you for ourtragous things. Mr. Gonzalez tried to charge me for a transfer of a warranty that follows the vehical not the owner. Chrysler does not condone this. Please if you have the option to go with another finance option i would do that insted of dealing with this aweful money hungry person. I do have to say however that the woman in parts is very helpful and curtious!
