I am deeply disappointed in my experience with Len Stoler Automotive Group. On May 9, 2025, I purchased a vehicle and was promised rubber mats and reimbursement for the cost of tinted windows. These were part of the agreed-upon terms during the sale. Months later, those promises remain unfulfilled, despite multiple follow-ups and documented communication. After scheduling the service appointment on the phone and driving over an hour to get here, I was asked if I want to reschedule my service for 7500 miles since I only have 5500. I said no thanks since our maintenance info on the app and in the car shows maintenance due at 6000 miles. He layer found out it is scheduled for 6000 miles. We were offered a shuttle service that took us to a restaurant 2.8 miles away. The shuttle driver said he would be back in about an hour. I can see I’m not the first person who had the same issue. I drove 40 miles and wasted 4 hours for a sold car. The salesman didn’t call or give any respect to my time . After I arrived I kept waiting for an hour then they came with a sorry this car is sold would you like a different kind we have Hyundai, Toyota, Honda. Unprofessional service

Len Stoler reached out to me to schedule a test drive of a used car I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived, the car had already been sold. I would have appreciated a heads up before spending money on cab fare to get to the dealership. It felt like a bait and switch. The sales people were nice enough about it, otherwise I would have left one star. In the future, please call people to let them know that the car they had an appointment to test drive has already sold.
