I purchased a car from them a few months ago and told them it needed new brakes. They told me it could just be because the car hadn’t been driven. Well now the brakes are grinding and I took it back to them and they don’t want to take responsibility because they no longer deal with Hyundai. I will never purchase another vehicle from them again and I will never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from them.

I am deeply disappointed in my experience with Len Stoler Automotive Group. On May 9, 2025, I purchased a vehicle and was promised rubber mats and reimbursement for the cost of tinted windows. These were part of the agreed-upon terms during the sale. Months later, those promises remain unfulfilled, despite multiple follow-ups and documented communication.
