Great doctor unfortunately awful staff!
Best human being and Pediatric in USA!!!!
Never open on time, their hours are all over the place. Terrible customer service, never answers phone, and when they answer you, they try to end the call without barely giving you time to speak.
I’ve been with this pediatrician for a year. I saw Dr. Lion when my daughter was there the first time every time after that it was a different doctor that is obviously either not comfortable with working with kids or doesn’t care about his patients. Every time when I would call to make an appointment or ask a question I would be rushed off the phone and every time when I would be there for an appointment I would have to wait for hour and a half to even see a doctor.
