We went above and beyond to keep Mr. **** as our customer. The dealership can't control production of Chevrolet to get his truck built in a timely manner and we did everything we could do to get the truck built. We offered him more than **** trade for his truck trying to make the deal happen, but he owed more than the truck was worth because of high miles.
