Very unprofessional. I went to her the first time to get black hair with dark mushroom highlights and showed a photo. After one week the highlights turned an ugly yellow. I called her right away to get seen again and she was very rude and wanted to charge me $60 to fix it after one week. I told her it was not my fault and she disregarded everything I was saying. Was very rude when fixing the mistakes. If she were nice I would have still been her customer, had friends to refer to her but will advise that no one goes here.
