Horrible customer service! I ordered a flower delivery as a gift and was extremely disappointed with what was received. The bouquet arrived without any plastic wrapping, which is unacceptable for a delivered gift arrangement. On top of that, flowers were already falling out of the bouquet when it arrived. Owner is a SCAMMER. My boyfriend and I frequently bought flowers here. Hundreds probably thousands of dollars over the years for specials occasions, family members, and some for me from him.
