Lemus fence reinstalled my fence after Ian. They pulled a permit which wasn't necessary since it was a replacement in kind. However, now after 2 years they have never closed the permit to show complete. They have not responded to numerous emails and text messages. So now I cannot sell with an open permit on file with the city. Disgusted to say the least.
