Would give these guys 10 stars if I could. I had a seal issue with my Washer and he got the part within the day and scheduled an appointment quickly. He showed up on time, and was kind of enough to give me a heads up when he was in route. Nothing worse than being given a 4 hour window for when someone is going to show up and just waiting around like you do with other house call services. He was prompt, professional and EXTREMELY reasonable with his pricing. I would very highly recommend James for any appliance repair service... read more
