I am very angry with Lemos!! Spent over $600 on dog food and faithfully collected the UPC codes ONLY to be laughed out of the store because one isn't exactly right! Oh the code is the same. Look at the photos and tell me where I went wrong!!! I am furious right now!! I love Lemos! Their people are the friendliest! Always helpful, eager to help you find what you need, and they carry big bags to your car.
I shop at your store in Carpinteria quite often on my lunch break. I typically spend 300 a month in food and treats for my fur baby. And today I parked in your designated spot and I had ordered coffee online next door and the manager Crystal practically chased me down saying you can’t park here. Because I chose to get my coffee first and didn’t go right into the store. This is ridiculous and you just lost a customer due to this experience.
santa maria location has the best customer service i have ever received. they are always more than helpful. if my dog could talk she would say Lemos!! thank you guys for everything
