I had a 10am appointment, arrived at 9:45, waited 2 hours to see the ophthalmologist, was seen for 10 minutes, then transferred to the front desk for the next appointment, neither the doctor nor the front desk told me the diagnosis or the reason for the next appointment. There was only one doctor and the hall was packed (about 25-30 people when I first walked in, and people kept coming in). I will never choose this place again. Do not schedule any appointments here, they over book themselves and are very rude to their patients.

Worst receptionist I've seen in my life. She answers 3 phone calls before she even asks for my information, and im the only person in line. Then only to tell me she scheduled me on a day the doctor wasn't there, and i called a week in advance. I requested this day off from work only to waste it. Get a competent receptionist. I won't return unless my primary cannot change it.
