Today I’ve been discriminated by one of the nurses in Lemongrove Community Health Centre called Parisa. She was so rude and racism towards myself and my dad. This is not acceptable in health industry, specially to our elderly citizens
If you and your loved ones want to be treated with dignity and respect, just avoid this company by all means. My poor dad has been waiting for days for a nurse for his post surgery care. After numerous follow ups from our family, they finally gave him an appointment. Despite his preparation, the nurse didn’t show up and instead called me asking to put off the appointment for another 4 days as she is very busy. From our recent needs for my mother whom just had her cancer removed, the responsiveness from Lemongrove Community have been super responsive to her needs from the services exhanged via the hospital to Lemongrove care. I had the pleasure in dealing with LCHC on behalf of my mother. The nurses has been super caring when they visited our resident and treated my mother well.
