I recommend Chef Mike's cooking to everyone. I worked with him for quite a few years and in several different kitchens in East Texas. In the years that I've known him, he produces only quality food.
We had a fantastic dinner at Lemon Wolf on Friday, not to mention a great time chatting with chef Mike. Don’t skip out on dessert; Mike’s cheesecake is superb! We’ll definitely be visiting again.
