So MAD.... been coming for 5 years and will never return, feel totally taken advantage of. I sent my daughter for a color and cost double what was told and she didn't even get a trim! Called to talk this out and got excuses from the front desk staff that they "assume" we should expect more. My daughter has a budget and you have put her in a very bad position. The ambiance was cozy and inviting. It was my first time there and it was a great experience.
I have tried to stop here a few saturdays after 3pm and they are closed. Website and door says they are open but business is locked up tight everytime. Recommend calling before you come. Recommend you update your website and phone message if you are going to close early
RUDE! I’m stuck with a gift certificate to this place smh Couldn’t even get through booking an appointment.
