The customer service was good. The stylist was friendly and chatty. However, during my perm service the chemicals were squirted all over my arms and shoulders so much it was seeping through the towels. I was given Towel to cover my face luckily. At checkout I was prompted to pay for a perm and a hair cut which I did even though it explicitly states online when booking that a perm service included shampooing, conditioning, hair cut, and styling.
