Health department Needs to visit this salon..VERY DIRTY brushes and combes full of other people’s hair then uses it directly in my hair i felt disgusting and embarrassed to say something very unsanitary how can they use disgusting brushes and combs from someone else’s hair without it being cleaned there’s no management to look into this This is not the first time I went there and it happened seriously disgusting. 🤮
Pro is the $18 haircut that looks good on me. However even after making an appointment online, I walked in with a smile and got "Can I help you?" from the dinosaur of a receptionist. I gave her back the same cold tone to let her know I scheduled a trim with Heather. They do an an outstanding job with the hair . However the shampoo girl refuses to remove the dye when the mustache is colored .
I arrived at the New Hyde Park location on Thursday at 7:45 pm and it was already closed. The girl inside with another guy signaled that they were no longer serving customers. I wasted my trip trusting their posted business hours, which are inaccurate. They are not open until 9 pm—they close before 8.
