Took my daughter to get her bangs trimmed and they look terrible!. Uneven. The hair dresser cut them straight across which is not how you're supposed to cut bangs. I should have never had them cut here! I usually never make reviews but I'm so disappointed. Even for $5. Don't do it!!!

My hairdresser of 38 years retired. I had to find a hair professional who knows perms. I was given an appointment with Carmela and had a very positive experience. My hair looks great & the perm/haircut were exactly what I wanted and asked for. Carmela is very experienced and pleasant to work with. Each staff member who I interacted with was cordial and friendly. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment for a spiral perm with Liliana. I had a coupon for $55. Of course I was told no to that and not offered a senior discount. I was charged $85. I showed pictures of how I wanted it. I was told to wait 3 days to wash it, which I did. My hair is straight in the front and curled further back. It looks terrible. I called and was told she was not in but would call back later or Tuesday. Guess what no call. I would like to speak to the owner and would like a refund, including my $30 tip.
