I had an appointment for a spiral perm with Liliana. I had a coupon for $55. Of course I was told no to that and not offered a senior discount. I was charged $85. I showed pictures of how I wanted it. I was told to wait 3 days to wash it, which I did. My hair is straight in the front and curled further back. It looks terrible. Very rude and poor communication, and they were not prepared to honor the appointment we made. The tired looking blonde woman was downright hostile towards my family (including a 2 y/o girl!)
