Very rude and poor communication, and they were not prepared to honor the appointment we made. The tired looking blonde woman was downright hostile towards my family (including a 2 y/o girl!)
Very rude and poor communication, and they were not prepared to honor the appointment we made. The tired looking blonde woman was downright hostile towards my family (including a 2 y/o girl!). I couldn't help but notice her demeanor was much kinder towards the white customers, vs towards my brown husband. We left immediately, they do not deserve our money.
