Aside from 1 or 2 stylists, this place has zero knowledge, zero common sense, zero skills & zero manners. They are exhausting to deal with & a huge waste of time / money. Horrible all around. Go to the other locations, if you expect any level of professionalism.
Horrible! Look what they did to my hair, had to run to another salon to get it fixed by someone who actually knows what they are doing. Made an appointment via their AI phone stage and they didn’t have it, treated me as a walk in, and took another walk in before me! Disaster.
