I have been going to the Selden-Centereach location for some time now. The prices are so reasonable. Dawn does a phenomenal job cutting, coloring and blowing out my hair. Love the way my hair comes out every time! The staff are all very friendly.
I just want to start off with saying rude. These workers and staff do not prioritize the costumers. They are beyond disrespectful to the customers whom have been waiting for hours no exaggeration. This will not be tolerated. Also being rude when you mess up our hair is so petty. And ill leave it at that.
Booked a same-day appointment over the phone for just a blow out. I showed up a little early then still sat there 20 minutes into my appointment and still hadn’t been taken back to get my hair washed. Once I was finally called and done with my hair washed, it was about 35 minutes into my appointment. With soaking wet hair, I was brought back to the stylists chair to be told she doesn’t know how to give me a styled blowout and can only use a curling iron.
