I normally don’t write bad reviews but the moment I went in I felt very uncomfortable I didn’t feel like it was welcoming I just wanted a blow out and was a walk in tell me why the guy said he had someone coming in and made the other girl do it. She was an older women she smelt like cigarettes and she didn’t even wash my hair good and she didn’t even fully blow dry it it was still damp. I don’t usually write reviews but I felt that I needed to after the experience I just had here. This was the worst haircut experience I’ve ever had in my life. The man that cut my hair (Gerry) was incredibly rough and was literally pulling on my hair while he cut it. He also smelled like cigarettes and was breathing heavily the whole time he was cutting my hair. Fran is the best hair stylist. She has been doing my highlights and cut for years! She has been cutting my sons hair most recently as well!
