Very very unprofessional, anyone who tells you otherwise is lying, she’s very rude to all of her customers unless she knows you personally, said she’d make an arrangement for my friend before the weekend early Friday than put my information in wrong and blamed it on my friend pretty well and still refused to deliver because of her own mistake.
