12/20/23 my father sold his home he's 86 years old, no need for a 3BR, he needed a 1BR Apartment, he applied past background check, long story short, Joe did the Dew, pop's moved in he's happy, thankyou joe.
Clean and nice landscaping. All issues were corrected in a timely manner.
Apartment owner was very accommodating to my predicament of finding a place that would take my pet. Joe (the maint. guy when I lived there) took care of the few issues I had in a timely manner. The owner may come off as gruff sometimes, but he cares for his tenants and the property and it shows.
