Milan was incredible! She explained some different options when I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted, and ultimately I left feeling amazing!
Excellent service for both my visits. Had a friend with me who was just looking and staff member Clair invented a custom color and made note of how to create it for her, despite not being there to buy anything today. Have had 2 different nail techs personally and both did exceptional jobs on acrylic nail extensions!
UPDATE: I recently had my second head spa visit, and it was just as relaxing as the first. Phi is a great spa technician and was booked back-to-back during my visit. The relaxation area where you sit for a foot soak, snacks, and to dry your hair is in the same room as the head spa beds. Because of that, I chose not to use the hairdryer so the next guest could enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. I wasn’t told I couldn’t use it, just decided not to. It’s still a 5/5 experience for me.
