Extremely unresponsive. I have been following up for over 2 months with no response. Finally I received a letter from the firm stating that I informed them that I no longer wanted their representation. Completely false. Called the firm in regards to the letter and the representative that answered the phone stated that the firm will not be representing me for no reasons. Do not use this firm they are horrible stay away.
This company is a joke nothing but excuses I’m done with them the manager hung up on me several times because I’m angry DO Not hire them you will get nothing but excuses I’m done I fired them today called gmc my self screw these people
I am driving a car that can not be repaired at all by the manufacturer. The car has stalled on me serval times, while driving I am trying to get the vehicle returned to the manufacturer do to the vehicle not being able to repaired by the dealership after taking it several times. This is very disappointing that the lemon law lawyers are refusing to follow California law and do what I'm asking for them to do which is have the manufacturer repurchase the vehicle.
I called this office about a lemon law problem. While and during explaining my situation which included that I 1). I have already initiated a law suit 2). Settled for $7,000 in exchange for repairs 3). Repairs where still not done. The person on the phone cut me off and stated they’re not interested. Shame that attorneys like this are even in business. All about the long wait in attempt to hike up attorney fees while a person still endures problems.
