Dr Cavallaro is one of only a few dentists in San Diego County that performs Laser Gum Surgery (LANAP procedure). This procedure is nearly painless and the few times I did experience pain, Dr Cavallaro stopped immediately to administer more local anesthetic. Both the dentist and his assistant stay alert to the first sign of pain and act quickly to alleviate the discomfort.
