I just got the Tofu Pad Thai to-go. Too perfect for words. This was my first time and won't be my last. I just found my new go to take out treat!
Awful customer service!!! I called tonight trying to place an order and the "owner" was so rude. He cut me off every time and when I confronted him or her (couldn't tell by the strange voice) they said they ARE the manager and that they were acting just fine. Wow!! Unbelievably awful service. The owner needs to fire this manager.
The food is great but the service is horrible. I'm embarrassed because I'm bride-to-be. I invited three people to discusses about wedding. The restaurant was packed and I didn't mind to wait so I signed my name on waiting list. The hostess asked if my group is here yet and I said no because I was early. I saw the people after me went ahead because hostess thought it was good idea to let them go first before me. Finally my group came but we got no table because people were still eating. We ordered two sushi rolls and a sushi burrito. Waited patiently for over an hour for the sushi burrito and never got it. Got in at 5:15 and left at 6:45. Sorry, first impressions matter.
