Scam! My husband went in for x-rays recently and the dentist (will name in my next review) told us he had cavities and need braces and teeth pulled, etc AND scolded him as if he was a child demanding him to come in every couple months for cleanings. Who the hell speaks like that to patients? We went to 2 other dentists for second and third opinions who also took care of-rays and confirmed NO cavities, no teeth need to be pulled and braces at 35 years old is discretionary. The dentistry was just fine. However, dealing with the office scheduling and billing folks was a major headache and took way more time and phone calls than it should have.
Friendly and professional care from all of the staff.
I arrived today in pain and anxious. I left with answers and solutions. Compassionate, friendly, excellent care. I am so impressed by all the staff. Thank you Dr. Praveena Velupula, thank you everyone.
