Worst manicure experience today. Was a returning visit but first time getting nails done here. Got gel that wasnt right after several layers by Ann. She had to remove and redo and the scraping off and acetone and doing the light, my fingers were BURNING and sore/hurt around cuticles. Definitely regret my choices and NOT worth paying these prices.
Came in for a full set of acrylics with gel polish and was charged $95. After I paid I realized they had charged me twice for two sets of nails and refused to refund me because they said I agreed to the price before they were done. Unprofessional and manipulative.
Typically not a person to leave a bad review. However, today’s experience was not great. The woman who did my pedicure was rude and had attitude with me the entire appointment. I asked if she had more colors for me to look at. She asked me why? Can I not find a color that I like? I said no I’m not seeing anything that I love. She was visibly annoyed to go get more books.
