First impressions are everything. Let me preface by saying that I have not used this service yet, but am looking for a used vehicle. I live in Illinois and purchased a car in Austin Texas. I was a bit nervous doing an out of state vehicle purchase as I’ve never done this before. Lemon Busters was recommended so I gave it a go. Exceptional customer service from Mike. Very friendly, patient with my dumb questions, and made actionable recommendations on things I should look out for and ask the dealer to repair for me. I've used other services like this that weren't nearly as good. Highly recommend. Well worth the money. In fact, it paid for itself. Ideally you have an uncle who is a mechanic that can do this for you. For the rest of us, there's Mike from lemon busters.
Mike was fantastic! He found out a car I was interested in had a fender replaced with the paint not matching, the front bumper had significant dents, and a host of other issues. Saved me potentially thousands! Give them a go, you won't regret it!
