So many problematic issues with this company. Hired for a standard cleaning. Cleaners arrive, they are very unfriendly. They then start walking around my house taking videos. I was not asked if they could do this. How incredibly invasive to walk around a strangers home recording videos. They ended up saying the couldn't clean due to "clutter" I have children, I'm hiring a cleaning company to clean, yet they didn't want to clean. You did not read the instructions that we sent prior to your appointment regarding prepping your home for your cleaning or else you would have known that we will turn around and leave if the house is extremely cluttered and surfaces are not visible. We are a professional cleaning company and have a very long list of clients waiting to have us clean their home. My team members are required to send management pictures for liability reasons.
